Return Policy

At OYTFIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact us at return@oytfit.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to return the product.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product, except in the case where the product is damaged, the wrong color, the wrong size, or the wrong item. In such cases, we offer free returns.

Please note that returns are only valid for 15 days after you receive the item. After 15 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the product you want.

Final Sale Items:

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. These items are marked as final sale on the product page and in your order confirmation.
